Please ensure that you contact us within 30 days of receipt of our product by calling 1300 764 299 or email email@example.com and we will make arrangements for your preferred option of replacement or a full refund.
We may ask you to return your purchase to PO Box 362, Salamander Bay, NSW, 2317, together with a receipt or proof of purchase. We will process any refunds in your original payment method as quickly as possible
If you haven’t received a requested refund within a satisfactory time please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will trace and rectify any problem.
If we ask you to return your purchase, you will need to pay the return shipping costs.
